Lucia Ocean's Tide

Lucia was arrogant sence on her fighting since all she would do is get drunk to lessen the damage of how hard she was being hit. She would take advanage of it when getting into several barfight or starting many. One day a monk had gotten in the crossfire of her starting a barfight and he been taking advantage of the drunken rage she goes in. Lucia realizing defeat tried to flee as the monk chased her down to finish the fight with her. Informing her that she doesn't have a choise in becoming his deciplein the drunken fist.
Druing a drunken rage after seeing that her sister had not only turned into a giantess but gained amazing powers. Lucia had ventured all over the world to find a way to become as powerful as her sister finding out of an eilixer of the immortals. she had managed to steal and drink. which was difficult to do aswell as survive the effects.
surviving the elixir had given her the ability to control water and ice. she had used it trying to master it like her sister as they would both work together happy for each others new abilities. Lucia had being bestowed the same responibility as her twin sister threw Rayne praying to the higher gods.
